As part of its strategic plan to develop and modernize its branch network, Mr. Hussein Refaie, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Industrial Development Bank (IDB), inaugurated the bank’s branch in Port Said Governorate following the completion of comprehensive renovation works. This comes within a broader branch modernization plan that also included the Alexandria, Smouha, and Fayoum branches, and was attended by a number of the bank’s senior executives.

The development of the Port Said branch is in line with the Industrial Development Bank’s direction toward enhancing the quality of banking services, improving customer experience, and implementing the latest banking systems. This supports digital transformation efforts, strengthens financial inclusion, and reinforces the bank’s position as a full-service commercial bank offering integrated services to individuals and corporations.

Mr. Hussein Refaie, CEO and Managing Director of the bank, stated:
